Thank you very much for this video about learning to play this on guitar. However, I think that it would be better if you divide this song in sections as you did in other songs in your website. I know it's difficult and requires more time, but I learn much thanks to you.

Hey can you please slow down a little because it seems way too hard to pickup on the first try . Otherwise I liked your tutorial.

It's insane how we transposed it almost identically, with a lot of similar sacrifices. I was curious how someone else would have transposed it. I transcribed this 21 years ago (time flies) and yah, Am must be an obvious transposition choice but still, a lot of similarities still. If I can suggest anything (didn't watch it all yet), near @ 17:35, I add the the G# on the 6th string to keep (from piano) that descending B -> A -> G#, which isn't really hard since you only fret two 7's (meas. 26) and switch the G# down an octave.
One thing that I really appreciated from your video is that A7/C# (meas. 18) which I don't articulate well half the time by fingering that x-3-x-5-4-2 but using your barré trick on 2nd fret makes it so much easier!

p.s.: Immortal Beloved, that specific scene you mention, I'd rewind it so many times on VHS back then and I'd get goosebumps.

So I randomly wanted to try out classical guitar. After like 2 weeks of practice. I can play the first minute somewhat cleanly. Would not have made it this far without your video. Thank you sir

WAY, WAY, WAY too much talking/explanation!!!!! SOOO much time wasted! For the love of God, just shut up and play!!!!!!! The visual of the fretboard while the song is played THROUGH and accompanying tab is more than enough !!!

Amazing what a great set of Exercises this exquisite transcendent and joyful piece turns out to be – for Guitar. Your arrangement is so thoughtful and so balanced tonally. Great work! People: this is not a song. It was written as a sonata for piano. The "words" are inside the sound.

This song is the definition of hauntingly beautiful. It sounds tragic but victorious. Or victorious but tragic.

Once again we are watching a performance. Only once did a guy have the camera set up split screen & zoomed in so we the viewer would see what is going on. Close up, no guessing having to only listen to where the fingers go.
Realize what matters takes up a very small area of screen. Here the viewer has to transpose from what we see on the screen to what we see our hands doing. And your hands hide just where your fretting.
It would be like practicing in front of a mirror looking at your fingers and not down at your guitar. Worse than that your left hand is to my right and vise versa.
Other than that we'll done.

Being a pianist & guitarist, BEETHOVEN is my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE CLASSICAL MASTER. Sounds nice on guitar, but you don’t get that ‘booming’ effect the piano gives it. To me, definitely a piano composition. ( Needless to say really, but it was composed on the piano! 😆😝) l absolutely ADORE the man! 😁❤️🎹👊🏾
