I think if you put solar it will work but if your own battery only.. It will never work becouse when you used your brake you loss power. Piriod..

Hho system is not efficient because it use car battery and dynamo want more power from engine. I good to play. But if you have fuel efficiency it because of ecu chip that you have installed not from hho system. I have to believe you if hho system was powered by solar system… You cant produced more power than you have been expenses to produce it… Because some of power are going to lose man. Dont lie the others. I will recomended lpg system or to drive smoothy…

has the SUV been calibrated for the LARGER tires? other wise you're just running a lower final gear ratio which will get better mpg ( also this can easily throw of mileage counting of the cluster)

I'm running a heaped out 1997 Ford Transit 2.5 diesel direct injection with HHO, 330,000 km (I think it's about 250,000 miles) , after fitting it 2 years ago I meticulously recorded distance and consumption,,, I was told I would get 35% better mileage,,, the truth is 28% , I'm not complaining! The transit is notoriously noisy, switch on the HHO and pinking sound softens , the torque increases and top speed goes up a full 20km/h, about 14 mph I think. And more importantly, the exhaust stops smoking, when I went for the annual inspection the man thought it was a false tailpipe. If I switch it off on the motorway the van smokes badly, the engine was overheated before I bought it and I think the valve seals are cooked, compression is still good, so not the rings,,, some of the extra mileage is almost certainly coming from fully burning the lube oil that's leaking into the cylinders, I'm busy making another HHO generator for a petrol Citroen C4 Picasso 1.6 i,,, testing begins next week hopefully. Of the 112,000 km the transit has done in the last 2 and a half years since I bought it about 90,000km was with HHO.

HHO electrolysis based fuel generator provides nitrogen free fuel. the advantage of hydrogen is that the IC engine needs to be redesigned , it should not be air breathing ,

1. you can remove the inlet valve as HHO mixture already contains proportionate hydrogen and oxygen mixture 2:1 as a provision through fuel injectors or carburetors (whichever is efficient for ignition)

2. with only a exhaust valve meaning less complexity and wear and tear of valves is reduced by half .

3. for lean or rich fuel mixture ratios – the HHO generator using electronically calculated ratios with a minimal buffer storage of oxygen in isolated chambers.
(probably modifiying fuel injectors to create HHO truly at the last mile or on-demand)

do you have any combustion engine mind that is already tested with a single exhaust valve (i.e. without an intake valve) before ?
