Finally I decided to pull myself together and do something for myself.. I started doing stretching and had a 5 minutes meditation session.. And maybe I'll workout.. Now I gotta clean my room and take a shower and take care of my body and my hair cuz everything is falling apart
I'm really tired and don't want to do any of theses.. But I need to feel alive even if I don't want to

Ich liiiebe diese Stretch Sequenz! Ich mach sie immer wenn ich morgens zu kaputt bin für eine "normale" Yoga Sequenz. Diese Dehnungen tun so gut.

I have been doing this stretching from before my pregnancy. I am keep doing it, and I am in 5 month of pregnancy. It is so amazing for me. I am feeling so good. It is different from others (and I tried a ton of them), because there is no words, her face and her moves are so pleasant, the music is perfect and, simply, I didn't get bored from it. Well done and keep going.

I didn't workout for about five months, And the last two months the results came: back pain, Weak bones, I could do one wrong move and fall on the ground because of my weak bones, They also cracked a lot, Everytime I ran or did more physical activity I got tired really easy and obviously had muscular strain. Every different move made me feel pain. im young, It shouldnt be like that. So From today I decided to start stretches and exercises. Thank you.

Older retired people like me need to do these stretches every day.
Loss of joint mobility hits us hard over age 60.
We have the time when we're retired, so there's no excuses.
Downloaded and I'll start doing these.
